We are more than happy to research them in advance for you. *For U.S. customers; boxes under 16 oz. ship first class mail, 1 to 5 lb. boxes ship priority mail and larger and heavier merchandise (noted in listing) ships ground.
When we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges and delivery estimates for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We will calculate your expedited freight based on the following factors: destination, size and weight. If you can speed up product shipping, a list of shipping options and shipping rates will be displayed at checkout. After Lofty Mix purchase you will receive email shipping notification and tracking information (US only). After that, your box will arrive at your door as soon as possible. We ship three days a week, sometimes more. If you need us to deliver before a specific date, you can contact our customer service team to ensure the delivery date.
We take every care to be sure nothing bad happens to your box, but if something does we are ready to handle it.
Non-delivery – we can file a claim 45 days from date of shipping if the box does not arrive.

You may exercise your right to seek a refund or store credit the purchased items within 10 business days in their original state (opened and unused) with receipt or proof of purchase from the date on which you received them from Lofty Mix.
For merchandise damaged in shipping please contact us within 48 hours and keep original packaging until the matter has been resolved. We need photos of item damage and box damage and buyer-side completion of insurance paperwork to issue a refund
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
NOTE: The buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are issued upon receipt of returned merchandise.

How to return an item?
To start a return, you can contact us at Customerservice@loftymix.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If you are returning the product:
Carefully pack the item(s) in the original package.Please contact us if you need a return address.Place the label neatly on the outside of the box.
Once your request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
